The idea to build Seekqua was inspired by Michael Boles while attending OSU-Cascades in Bend Oregon.

The smaller university allows for a close community of students who specialize in just about every outdoor activity. While in school, "Boles and his dorm roommates created a bartering system students could demo gear from one another" (Source Weekly).

Our community is driven by the outdoor lifestyle. We desire to share it with others. Our goal is to provide anyone access into the outdoors through affordable gear, gate-kept information, and inspiring others to step into the unknown.
